When I hear pundits and politicians say that "government should do more" or that "government should spend more to help the economy", they forget a simple point that is covered in this video:
No matter how wonderful the government is (and much of it is not), it is still a functional burden on the economy. If government grows in size and scope, that does not bode well for the economy.
Why do I illustrate this fine point? Because it will have a dramatic and powerfulf effect on your ability to prosper.
I will go into greater detail about this in future essays and videos.
